Master of Health Care Leadership
The Master of Health Care Leadership (MHCL) program is a 36-hour program designed to prepare students for responsible positions of professional leadership in the health care environment. The program will develop students' knowledge of the current health care environment and will develop their decision-making skills within the functional areas of health care organizations.
The course work, developed by leaders in the health care industry, encompasses all phases of health care leadership, including acute and long-term care, clinical and hospital management, and home health and hospice agencies. The MHCL program provides graduates the confidence needed to succeed in an extremely competitive and ever-changing industry.
The two-year MHCL program is offered in 12, eight-week courses. Students attend classes one night a week for four hours and follow a cohort instruction model. Classes are taught by instructors with professional experience who are dedicated to adult education.

Admissions Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree with a GPA of 2.75 or higher from an accredited institution.
- One letter of professional recommendation.
- Completion of program interview process.
- Written approval of admission by the program director after review of the admission requirements.
