At Friends University, we are proud of our challenging Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management major, taught by talented full-time professors and professionals. The role of the instructor in the classroom has been changing over the years. The instructor, instead of being looked upon as an expert who possesses the knowledge being communicated to the student, is now being viewed as a coach or a facilitator of learning. Classroom methodologies have evolved beyond the standard lecture, viewed as passive learning, to an exploratory learning format that includes activities such as simulations, case discussions, and exercises in which students participate actively.
