The Bachelor of Science in Organization Management and Leadership provides you with the knowledge and confidence to effectively lead a team. This 33-hour degree-completion program focuses on the practical applications of management skills and is designed to help you develop and enhance skills in interpersonal relationships, group dynamics, management, and supervision.

A Message from the Director
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership degree is designed for the working adult. Classes meet one night a week, most courses are five weeks in duaration, allowing students to focus, complete a course and move on to the next one.

The degree-completion program can be completed in about 13 months, and you will join a group of students who move through the program together. This type of cohort model provides you with the support of a peer group.

OML cohorts form several times throughout each semester, so now is the time to contact us for the information you need to consider this program.

The courses in the OML program will give you the broad concepts of the management you need in the business world, practical skills to meet the specific challenges found in organizations, and the context of critical thinking and relationships that will allow you to be a leader in our society.
